The last card arrived today is a reply card from Lyo in Japan. This card arrived in a decent time, in 14 days (2 weeks).

Do you notice something different about the card? Yes, it's a shaped card, called Gotouchi in Japanese. Gotouchi cards are very cute, and I've wanted for this kind of card for a long time! Initially I intend to buy the cards when I go to Japan this July, but it arrived first!

The card shows one popular spot in Asakusa, Tokyo, called Kaminarimon Gate. The message is written in Japanese, because I asked her to (I want to practice my Japanese). Basically, Lyo-san just wrote about the place and where she lives. Lyo-san's handwriting is very very neat and I LOVE it a lot! She writes the characters so beautifully!

ありがとう ねえ、りよーさん!

Another Swap with Sandra from South Africa!

The second card from Sandra in South Africa arrived today. Well, it's actually not the second, based on the number written, this supposed to be the first card. But well, this card arrived 9 days after the first one.

The card shows the same Robben Island, but in multiview. The history is so interesting to read.
Thanks once again, Sandra!

Swap with Lajos from Hungary!

One very cute card also arrived today. It was from Lajos in Hungary. Initially, we agreed to swap some cards with stamps in an envelope in October. However, it seems that my envelope reached him safely, but his envelope didn't reach mine. Maybe it got lost in delivery. I still have some hope, though.

Anyway, he sent me a postcard in mid January, hoping that the previous envelope will reach me soon. It's so nice of him. I don't mind with the envelope anymore, this one card already enough to replace it :)

Swap with Anu from U.K!

Tag Cards from Nataliya in Russia!

Two tag cards arrived today, both are from Nataliya in Russia. She tagged me twice for UNESCO Tag in Postcrossing Forum, not at the same time, I think it's one month difference, but both cards arrived today. The first card was sent on 12 Dec 2012 (yay! It's 12.12.12 postmark!), and the second one was sent on 15 Jan 2013. It is strange that both arrived at the same time... Well, I dunno how the postal service works...
